Cooperation Model

• Consignment Model: Start with 1–2 suitable products

• Trial Period: 1 year, no minimum sales requirement

• Settlement: Verify sales before replenishment; payment collected upon restocking

• Support: Training, product samples, promotional assistance, advertising exposure, in-store customer-driving activities

• Retail Location Protection: Only one partner per location to avoid unhealthy competition

Partner Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent retail prices (no unauthorized discounts outside promotions)

• Display products on visible shelves

• Provide timely sales feedback and customer inquiries

• Do not resell to unauthorized channels

• Must personally experience the products to promote effectively (brand provides free samples)

Application Process

3. On-site assessment and recommendations

4. Confirm product profit-sharing (15%–25%, depending on products)

5. Consign products and officially start cooperation

Example: LY Dentifrice Mousse

• Retail price: S$10, consignment: 10 units

• Profit share: 20% → S$2/unit

• When 2 units remain, replenish 8 units → collect payment S$64
