Exhibitor at IECSC New York 2019
From March 10 to 12, 2019, we participated in the International Esthetics, Cosmetics, and Spa Conference (IECSC) at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. It was our first time "testing the waters" at an international level—an eye-opening experience where we recognized both our gaps and our strengths. After the exhibition, we also took the opportunity to explore NYC for the first time. We know we’ll be back when the time is right.

Introducing Our First Oral Care Innovation – The Dual-Action, 2-in-1 Dentifrice Mousse
For a businessman, travel is inevitable. One of our founders, Mr. Louis, a social smoker with a sweet tooth, often found himself troubled by teeth, gum, and breath issues while on the road. He disliked the chalky aftertaste of toothpaste, and the lingering chemical residue of conventional mouthwash was equally off-putting. Carrying both a toothbrush and toothpaste felt like too much hassle to become a daily habit.
During one of his business trips, he called the R&D team with a clear request: create something portable, refreshing, effective, and perfectly suited to his lifestyle. Three months later, the first edition of the dual-action 2-in-1 Dentifrice Mousse was born—our inaugural oral care innovation, designed to work as both toothpaste and mouthwash anytime, anywhere.

Despite being the only company to fully comply with all of their stringent requirements, we ultimately lost the business. This was because we refused to compromise on quality to meet their price target, which indeed contradicted their own requirements. This decision, while perhaps ironic, reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity.
